Buffet Luncheons & Dinners - Barbecues

The Food Factory will tailor make a Buffet Luncheon or Dinner menu to suit your particular requirements. We have access to fine local produce together with quality meats and seafood and pride ourselves on our distinctive presentation. Individual menu selections have not been listed however we have the flexibility, knowledge and experience to advise and work with our clients thus ensuring their needs and expectations are fully met.

Our Barbecue Selection includes meats, seafood, salads and a fine range of freshly baked breads and rolls. Sourced locally where possible our produce is the freshest available on the day.

Desserts for Buffet Luncheons, Dinners and Barbecues can be individually styled to suit event or function requirements.

The team at The Food Factory can arrange to meet at your home or office to discuss, at your convenience, menus, hire of equipment or any other considerations you may have.

Roast Buffet Selection

The Food Factory prides itself on providing the finest quality meats and produce for our Roast Buffet selection. Competitively priced, our buffet menu includes your choice of Beef, Glazed Leg Ham, Turkey, Lamb or Pork. Roast vegetables or garden fresh salads are available to accompany the roast buffet selection. Pricing also is available for the supply of roast meats only.

Large or small we are available to discuss your function or event requirements at your offices or workplace at a time convenient to you.

The Food Factory is located in central Cairns and provides catering services to Port Douglas in the north and south to Gordonvale together with the Tablelands area.

Offering a professional and fully flexible service we can streamline what can become a troublesome task for catering coordinators, administrators, office managers and event organizers.
